The App is available for download from public app distribution platforms, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is intended primarily for use by authorised participants.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Authorised Use
- The App is provided for use by authorised participants.
- Access may require authentication using provided credentials or a valid Signup ID.
- You must cease using the App if your authorisation or participation eligibility ends.
The Company reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion.
3. Purpose of the App
The App is intended to:
- Track steps and activity metrics
- Support internal wellness, engagement, or health-related initiatives
- Display individual or aggregated activity data for internal programmes
The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be relied upon for health diagnosis or treatment.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, improper, or unauthorised purpose
- Manipulate, falsify, or artificially inflate activity data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the App
- Introduce malware or attempt to compromise the App's security or integrity
Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:
- Software and source code
- Interfaces, designs, and layouts
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or commercial rights in the App.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The App may be distributed through third-party app stores or rely on device operating systems and sensors. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of such third-party platforms.
Different terms and conditions may apply to your use of those platforms.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company:
- Disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, reliability, and fitness for purpose
- Shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the App
- Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Modifications and Availability
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
